Green Apple, Nectarine, Cane sugar

 Gently acidic, mildly sweet and subtly bitter, this Colombian doesn't quite fit into any of the traditional archetypes. Where so many coffees stand on the strengths of one particular flavor or quality, this one is distinctive for its mix of many. "Balanced" and "Well-rounded" were phrases thrown around during our cupping, followed closely by "delicious" and "more, please!" If you enjoy a complex, melded flavor profile, this is your stop!
